Create and manifest a Resolve (heartfelt desire) for yourself. Commit to a morning self-care practice. Relax and focus the mind so you can more fully step into your day and into your potential.

If you feel it is time to focus and commit to your happiness and well-being, then this 4 week series is a perfect way to commit to your practice and start the year. Twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:30 am, Cat and Chantal will guide you through a flow of morning classes:

Week 1: Core Work. Building the strength and heat (tapas) to commit to a practice and follow through.

Week 2: Back Bends. Creating space and openness through the heart and getting clear on intentions.

Week 3: Balancing Poses. Build confidence, and move forward but also letting go of what the poses look like (aparigraha).

Week 4: Forward Folds. Letting go and surrendering to what shows up.
