The CRPL is excited to be offering, for the first time, Virtual Yoga sessions every Monday in June! Meet Yogi Chantal Houde who has been teaching since 2015 in the community, studio, and in private settings not only in Canada but internationally as well. Chantal understands yoga as a practice in awareness and acceptance of ourselves and our environment and incorporates elements of several yoga lineages into her classes. We hope you will enjoy meeting Chantal and following along with her motivating yoga sessions.
