Join Chantal for a 4-week Therapeutic Yoga series to help you gain more restful and nourishing sleep.
You will learn techniques including gentle releasing movements, pranayama practices, yoga nidra, and more that you can take home (and to bed!) with you to help guide the mind and body to sleep.
You'll complete an intake with Chantal so she can help you personalize the experience, and she will provide lots of one-on-one attention to each student.
